This means that a user in the shadow of a mountain, in a narrow fjord or in a city street, might receive GPS poorly and consequently
either experience low accuracy or perhaps get no positional information.
The European Galileo project, however, scheduled to be operational in 2008, will have 30 satellites, so users in Norway can
receive from more satellites, which will improve accuracy.
